Chloe and Afsara came up with an idea of a title for film. They suggested 'Deadline'. I thought it was a good idea and so made a title in Photoshop, using the name 'Deadline'. This image shows the different types of effects I've experimented with for our title. Once the members of the RTB team view this image, I will make further improvements for the final title for our film.

Trailer
This is the opening that we have made so far. We all agree that it is quite good and has some potential; however, we seem to have mutual feelings about our film opening so far. It looks more like a trailer and not a film opening. Though we find it easy to explain the storyline, there is no clear narrative shown by our video.
We think that it is our music choice which makes it seem like a trailer. It builds up the tension to the last point, as the music drops at the end. This is usually used in trailers, accompanied by ‘COMING OUT SOON’ at the end.
However, it is not only the music, but the lack of dialogue. Throughout our video there is not a lot of diegetic sounds and only the music is heard.
We have all agreed to add an extra scene to the end with dialogue.
School bell rings
Noisy playground
Chloe: Oh my GOD! I just had the weirdest dream ever, last night.
Afsara: Never mind that, have you seen this morning’s paper.
Throughout this scene, more light is shone onto our narrative. Through this we can see that the it was all happening in her dream, “weirdest dream”, however we find out that it was happening in real life as well.

Afsara: Chloe! What you doing here?
Chloe: I just came in to collect some work
Afsara: What's wrong? You look upset
Chloe: I just had the weirdest dream last night
Afsara: Really?
(Chloe reacts to the screen where she sees the newspaper of Brian's death)

Props For Our Opening By Afsara Tasnim
For our opening we used a few props that the RTB crew thought was necessary for our filming.
The list of props that we used are:
- A bed- for Chloe's scene where we filmed her waking up from a bad dream.
- A knife- with fake blood all over it
- Newspaper- to show the headlines for Brian's death in the opening sequence
